Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent time-management skills and reliability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic housekeeping and cooking familiarity is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is a plus.
• A caring approach to supporting vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Encourage exercise and mobility according to client goals.
• Remind clients to take medications on schedule.
• Help with shopping or errands and grocery organization.
• Support client transportation to appointments or activities.
• Report health changes promptly and follow safety standards.
