Interim HealthCare of Topeka is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Private Duty in Topeka, Kansas. This role emphasizes work-life balance, allowing you to set your own schedule and work independently in clients' homes.

You will care for seniors and patients at home, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and coordinate with home health nurses to follow care plans. Eligible candidates have a Kansas CNA certification, CPR, and a valid KS driver’s license or state ID.

Qualifications

• Must have Kansas CNA certification and CPR certification.
• Valid Kansas driver’s license or Kansas State ID.
• Compassionate nature with good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities: bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating.
• Monitor vitals, intake/output, and report changes to supervisor.
• Work with home health nurses to ensure care plans are followed.
• Notify supervisor of issues requiring changes in care or equipment.
