Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home care to clients in Manns Choice or Bedford. The role covers daily living assistance, companionship, self-care coaching, and support with navigating healthcare needs, with a focus on dignity and comfort in the patient’s home.

The position offers flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, PRN), competitive pay, benefits and incentives, daily pay option, and one-on-one patient care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required.
• Attention to detail and ability to document notes regarding a patient’s condition.
• Reliable transportation to care sites and/or work locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (light housekeeping, meals, personal hygiene).
• Provide companionship and conversation to patients.
• Teach patients essential self-care skills as needed.
• Help patients navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team.
