Addus HomeCare in Tennessee is hiring an entry-level Certified Nursing Assistant to support seniors and people with disabilities at home. You will follow care plans, assist with daily living activities, and help with transportation, with daily or weekly pay options and PPE in place.

The role emphasizes dependable, self-motivated individuals who can work with limited supervision and communicate clearly with clients and the care team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or one year of in-home care experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the member and report on completed tasks.
• Support with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands.
• Assist with self-administration of medications (no administering).
• Observe and report changes in member's condition.
