Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate CNAs/HCAs for flexible caregiver roles throughout our service area. You’ll match with clients whose needs fit your skills, providing companionship, ADL support, and light housework in clients’ homes.

We offer competitive pay ($23–$27/hr) with overtime options, mileage reimbursement, paid orientation, and ongoing training to help you grow your career in home care, with shifts including mornings, days, evenings, nights, and overnights.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State CNA or HCA license or actively enrolled in an approved licensing program.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, willing to transport clients when needed.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
• Demonstrate reliability and punctuality through consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation with clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Plan and prepare meals for clients and assist with meal planning.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Transport clients to appointments and shopping when required.
• Provide specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other age-related conditions.
