SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling with up to 40 hours per week and competitive, direct-deposited pay.

You will deliver companionship, personal care, light housekeeping and meal prep, with opportunities for ongoing training and potential raises. A CNA or PCA license and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred, plus reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving with patients in home care environments.
• Ability to provide companionship and assist with daily living activities.
• Willingness to drive to client locations and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
