Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Canton, MA is urgently hiring CNAs and HHAs to provide compassionate in-home care, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent. Flexible scheduling and reliable weekly pay are offered.

This role includes first and second shifts, weekday and weekend availability, and opportunities to assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping according to each client’s care plan.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.

Responsibilities

• Personal care and activities of daily living.
• Mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Companionship and emotional support.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed.
• Light housekeeping.
• Daily routines and other non-medical support.
• Following the client’s care plan and reporting concerns.

Skills

CNA/HHA certification

Dependable, patient and compassionate

Strong communication skills
