Care.com is seeking a Caregiver to join their CareBenefits team in Minneapolis. As a Caregiver, you will create a nurturing environment for children and be responsible for their care in their homes. The role involves following family schedules and performing related household duties.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $19-$21, alongside a flexible schedule and benefits including accrued sick and vacation time, and mileage reimbursement. Applicants must have child care experience and be CPR certified.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 1 weekday availability (at least 8 consecutive hours).
• Reliable transportation to families’ homes, with ability to travel up to 15 miles.
• Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in their homes for typically an 8-hour day.
• Conduct intro calls with families.
• Follow the schedule set by parents.
• Perform household duties relating to care.
