Care.com is seeking caregivers for CareBenefits to provide safe, nurturing childcare in families’ homes across the area. You will be matched with jobs based on your experience, location, and availability, conducting intro calls and maintaining professional, caring routines.

Responsibilities include caring for children in home settings, following families' schedules, and performing light household duties. A strong emphasis on safety, English communication, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare or elder care.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Intro Calls with each family you’re booked with.
• Care for children in their homes, typically an 8-hour day.
• Abide by and follow the schedule and rules set forth by parents.
• Perform household duties related to the care you provide; e.g. cleaning up after meals, doing dishes, and cleaning up after activities.
