Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs/CHHAs) in the ACSP Division to serve Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem Counties. Training is available for qualified candidates, and we offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a path to CHHA certification.

As a BAYADA HHA, you will provide one-on-one, compassionate in-home care under a nurse's direction, helping clients remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA/HHA credential in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Willing to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates compassion, dependability and respect in client care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care based on a written plan of care under RN direction.
• Bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Meal preparation, medication reminders and light housekeeping.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, range-of-motion exercises, and vital sign checks.
• Offer companionship and support to help clients stay independent at home.
