Job summary

Senior Helpers Parent Account in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated in-home caregiver to deliver compassionate care to seniors in their homes. You will provide companionship, assist with daily activities, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to help others and improve quality of life.
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of clients' needs.
• CertifiedHHA or CNA in New Jersey is required.
• Background check screening is required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
• TB skin test (PPD) per NJ law is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in-home.
• Provide personal companionship and stay engaged with clients and families.
• Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, meals.
• Complete daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs).
• Collaborate with client's care team and provide updates on health changes.
• Document task completion and report changes in condition or behavior.
