Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving and disbursing cashier duties.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate area.
• Route incoming calls and provide routine information.
• Explain programs and services to users.
• Ensure proper identification before disbursement.
• Collect cash receipts, checks, and other documents; prepare changes and deposits.
• Maintain daily cash reports and balance with safe funds.
• Process dues and account charges; include in the daily cashier's report.
• Assist with new membership applications; may perform basic first aid/CPR.
