HomeWell Care Services in Carrollton, TX is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support seniors and adults at home. Enjoy flexible scheduling and work that fits your lifestyle while making a real difference in clients' daily lives.

Responsibilities include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and memory and mobility support as needed. Training is provided; growth opportunities and weekly pay are part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6 months of full-time care experience or 12 months of part-time care.
• Experience with incontinent and dementia care is a plus.
• Physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Pass a criminal background check (national and state as required).
• Provide verifiable professional and personal references.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the client’s care plan.
• Assist with companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation, positioning, transferring, toileting, and supervision.
• Complete ongoing training as required by client care needs and company policies.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Adhere to all company policies as detailed in the Employee Handbook.
