Job summary

HomeWell Care Services Carrollton is seeking caring, reliable caregivers to assist seniors at home. You will follow client care plans, provide companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training. Ideal candidates have about 6 months of full‑time or 12 months of part‑time caregiving, CPR/BLS certification, a valid driver’s license with auto insurance, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time caregiving experience.
• Experience with incontinence and dementia care a plus.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance if transporting clients.
• Excellent communication skills; be mature, caring, punctual and reliable.
• Pass a criminal background check and provide verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement a client care plan.
• Assist with companionship, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, bathing and daily living tasks.
• Attend staff meetings and follow company policies.
• Travel to client locations as required.
