Assisting Hand Home Care Northern Summit is hiring compassionate, experienced caregivers in the Hudson, Stow, and surrounding Ohio communities. You can choose short or long shifts to fit your day, with flexible scheduling and one-on-one client assignments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• STNAs and CNAs are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Compassionate, dependable, and attentive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.
• Ability to safely assist with transfers and lift up to 50 lbs.
• If transporting clients, must be 21 years old per insurance requirements.
• Hoyer experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and support with mobility.
• Prepare meals.
• Help keep the home safe and clean.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence at home.
