Job summary

CorsoCare in Portage, MI, is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents at StoryPoint Portage. Starting wage is $16/hour with options for part-time or full-time schedules in a supportive team environment.

You will provide personalized assistance, assist with daily activities, and adhere to 1440 care standards while ensuring safety and clear communication with Wellness Leaders and families.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for elderly residents.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Must communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our culture and 1440 framework.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned by Wellness Coordinator.
• Provide compassionate care: bathing, dining assistance, mobility, toileting, and medication assistance.
• Maintain safety procedures and complete required records.
• Communicate resident changes promptly to Wellness Leader.
