Job summary

Senior Helpers of Portage is seeking part-time caregivers to provide compassionate, in-home senior care in the Portage area. You will offer companionship, assist with ADLs, and help clients stay safe and comfortable in their own homes.

We value warmth, reliability, and teamwork. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred to reach clients across our community, with supportive training and flexible scheduling in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, bathing.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Support clients to remain safe and independent at home.
