FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston seeks dedicated caregivers to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Flexible Long Day and Short Day shifts are available with per diem scheduling and a supportive team that values your compassion and reliability.

We offer pay of $20/hour for long day shifts and $23/hour for short day shifts, plus paid training and ongoing development—work that feels meaningful, fulfilling, and appreciated.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (family or professional).
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• CPR/First Aid and CNA/HHA certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Gentle personal care and mobility support.
