Always Best Care Chicagoland in Berkeley, IL is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home. Roles include medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, mobility exercises, shopping support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and following care plans.

Full-time or part-time shifts available. We offer paid training, weekly pay, flexible hours, direct deposit, mileage reimbursements, PTO, health insurance, and a savings account option.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience.
• Willingness to follow health and safety standards.
• Housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Respectful and compassionate with good bedside manner.
• Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license.
• Physical endurance to perform tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Very reliable.
• Willing to work full-time or part-time.

Responsabilités

• Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
• Follow the Care plan.

Caregiver responsibilities:

• Driver license
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Must be very reliable.
• Must be willing to work full-time or part-time
