Job summary

Legacy Home Care is seeking a caring Caregiver to perform home visits and support residents in Assisted Living Communities in the Greater Minneapolis - Saint Paul Area. This part-time role offers flexible hours (evenings, nights, weekends) with opportunities to provide personal care, ADLs, and companionship.

Applicants must be 18+, have at least 1 year of caregiving experience (CNA certification a plus), pass a Nursing Assistant quiz, and have a reliable vehicle with travel up to 35 miles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Home Care (CNA certification a plus).
• Ability to pass a Nursing Assistant knowledge quiz.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, living assistance, and companionship to residents.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, eating, bathing, and mobility.
• Assist with transfers, therapeutic exercises, and light household services.
