Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality in-home care and support to seniors and other clients who want to remain safely at home.

Choose full-time, part-time, or PRN assignments with flexible scheduling and locations. We offer starting pay of $17/hour plus benefits, including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, ESOP eligibility, paid time off, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience OR CNA course/certificate.
• Two positive professional or personal references.
• Compassionate, dependable and respectful approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, shopping and transportation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe home environment and follow care plans.
