Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to help seniors and clients stay safe and comfortable at home. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN assignments are available, with pay starting at $17/hour and options for same-day/next-day pay.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
Two positive professional or personal references.
Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care.
Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and the care team.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily support to seniors and other clients.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation.
Provide companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
Provide medication reminders and report changes to supervisor.
Maintain a safe home environment and follow care plans and policies.
