Job summary

Nurse Next Door Santa Monica is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support seniors in their home in Santa Monica, CA. You’ll provide companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and help with ADLs per the care plan, in a flexible schedule with options for part- or full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Home Care Aide certification and a background check are required.
• TB skin test within the last two years.
• Two professional references.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care.
• Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer.
• Assist clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises.
• Meet safety needs of the client and use equipment safely.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
