Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home support. You will assist clients with daily living activities, meals, safety, and transportation while upholding dignity and privacy.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, an active HCA or CNA license, ability to pass background checks, and a valid driver's license. We offer flexible schedules, daily pay options, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet background check requirements (BCCU).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when credentialed and trained.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only.
• Maintains accurate communication and reports changes in client condition to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
