Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home care to clients in their homes. You will help with daily activities, offer companionship, and support independence while maintaining dignity and privacy.

The role requires at least 6 months of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and CPR certification (or ability to obtain). Background checks are mandatory, and we offer growth opportunities, benefits, and flexible scheduling near you.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with valid driver’s license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial)
• Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background check
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
