All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Certified Caregiver to join our in-home care team. The role involves providing compassionate care to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily activities, meals, and transportation, and supporting overall wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, an active HCA/CNA license, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license renewed annually.
• Able to meet background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support.
• Provides companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Administers medications as delegated by state regulations.
• Maintains communication and reports changes to the care team.
