Job summary

A&C Private Home Care in Georgia is seeking passionate Personal Care Aides to deliver compassionate, one-on-one home care. You will support immobile or frail clients with daily tasks, mobility, personal hygiene, meals and companionship, while reporting changes to caregivers and families.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay ($15–$16 hourly), and comprehensive benefits. CPR certification and TB test are required or available through us; prior home care experience is a plus but not

Qualifications

CPR certification required or willing to obtain before starting.
TB test required or willing to acquire one before beginning work.
Experience in home care is a plus but not required. Training provided.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Provide immobile, recovering, or frail clients with support, company and comfort.
Report changes in client conditions to relevant parties.
Assist with personal hygiene, including bathroom visits, bathing, dressing, and brushing teeth.
Engage clients in activities like games, walks, or conversations to promote well-being.
Perform basic housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.
Assist with household finances, bills and errands; arrange transportation to medical appointments.
Support mobility with walking aids and wheelchairs; maintain a safe environment.
