Job summary

A&C Private Home Care in Georgia is seeking dedicated Personal Care Aides to provide compassionate, one-on-one care. You will assist with daily activities, meals, and mobility, while forming meaningful connections with clients in their homes.

Ideal candidates have CPR certification, TB clearance, and at least 2 years of relevant home care experience. Flexible scheduling and supportive training are offered to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant home care experience preferred.
• CPR certification and TB test required or willingness to obtain.
• Comfort with daily living tasks and client companionship.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, companionship, and comfort to immobile, recovering, or frail clients.
• Report changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional conditions.
• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and toilet needs.
• Engage clients in activities and meaningful conversations.
• Perform basic housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Assist with finances, bills, and running errands.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and arrange transportation.
• Provide mobility support with walking aids and wheelchairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
