Job summary

A&C Private Home Care in Georgia is seeking caring Personal Care Aides to provide compassionate, one-on-one support to immobile or frail clients. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, personal hygiene, meals, and light housekeeping while ensuring safety and comfort.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay of $15–$16 per hour, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification and TB test completed or willing to obtain.
• Experience in home care is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and comfort to immobile, recovering, or frail clients.
• Report changes in clients' condition to supervisors.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Engage clients in activities and companionship.
• Perform basic housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments.
• Provide mobility support with walking aids or wheelchairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
