BrightStar Care of Central DuPage in DuPage County, IL is urgently hiring caregivers and CNAs for immediate starts across several 4-, 6-, and 12-hour day or overnight shifts.

Qualified candidates bring at least 1 year of caregiver experience or CNA/HHA/PCA/DSP credentials, CPR, a current physical, and a TB test within the past year. A reliable vehicle and dementia-care experience are a big plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year caregiver experience or current CNA/HHA/PCA/DSP credential.
• CPR certification, recent work physical, and negative TB test within the past year.
• Valid vehicle with insurance and reliable commute to the job location.
• Experience with dementia care (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's), fall prevention, incontinence or hospice is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and activities.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Assist with daily living tasks including meal prep and medication reminders.
• Support personal hygiene (toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Light housekeeping and upkeep of the client’s home.
• Occasional transportation to appointments or errands.
