Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Background check required.
• CNA/HHA/HCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with transfers/movements around home.
• Housekeeping: vacuum, dust, mop, dishes, laundry, bath areas.
• Prepare meals/snacks per instructions.
• Accompany to errands or medical appointments.
• Bathing, showering, dressing, shaving.
• Medication reminders.
• Assist with range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care.
• Provide companionship (reading, music, puzzles).

Skills
