Job summary

eHealthScreenings in Phillips, Wisconsin is seeking Health Screeners to join our team. These are as-needed, event-based positions performing biometric testing and blood draws for employee health screenings.

Candidates should have strong customer service, phlebotomy experience, ability to travel within local events, and reliable transportation. Morning availability and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Formal training in phlebotomy or related field.
• Experience in health screenings or phlebotomy preferred.
• strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing and record results (height, weight, blood pressure, BMI).
• Conduct fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws in a fast-paced setting.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable biometric stations.
• May transport supplies to and from screening events (up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs and records per regulatory requirements.
• Must have morning availability (Mon-Fri) for events.
