Job summary

Premise Health, via its eHealthScreenings unit, seeks Health Screeners for mobile event-based opportunities in Bangor, WI. You will perform biometric tests and blood draws, support specimen handling, and operate portable screening stations with attention to safety and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have phlebotomy credentials or relevant externships, emphasize customer service, and are available Monday–Friday mornings for on-site screenings at local companies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomy certification or externship with hands-on experience preferred.
• Active state phlebotomy certification may be required in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform biometric testing (height, weight, blood pressure, BMI, etc.).
• Conduct fingerstick and venipuncture blood draws.
• Prepare specimens for storage or processing.
• Set up and break down portable biometric stations.
• Travel to health screening events and carry supplies (up to 20 lbs).
• Maintain logs/records per regulatory requirements.
