• Demonstrates understanding of end-to-end billing processes, procedures, controls and billing schedules.
• Successfully learns the billing systems
• Demonstrates functional and technical skills to ensure customer and billing activities are accurate.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing, posting, reconciliation and reporting of all billing processes.
• Reviews billing exceptions and takes appropriate billing action
• Builds relationships with internal and external customers, agents, vendors, and others, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
