Family and Children9s Services (Elizabeth, NJ) is hiring a Fee-for-Service Behavioral Health Therapist to support children, adolescents, and families. The role offers flexible hours, hybrid/remote options, and supervision as part of clinician growth.

The position reimburses at $45-$55 per unit of service, with bilingual Spanish skills preferred. The team emphasizes integrity, collaboration, and clinical excellence in a nonprofit NJ setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level licensed clinician designation (LSW/LCSW, LAC/LPC, AMFT/LMFT)
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience with children/adolescents/families
• Proficient written and verbal communication
• Experience with electronic health record systems (MyEvolv or similar)
• Highly organized with strong time management
• Some experience with evidence-based treatments preferred
• Spanish language skills are a plus

Responsabilités

• Provide client-centered therapy in-person or via telehealth.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system.
• Submit LOS and treatment summaries per program timelines.
• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards.
• Communicate effectively with referring agencies and stakeholders.
• Participate in program meetings, clinical trainings, and team collaboration.
• Uphold confidentiality and child welfare laws.
