Job summary

Family and Children Services, Inc. is seeking a Fee-for-Service Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to support children, adolescents, and families. You will provide in-person or virtual therapy, with a flexible schedule and independence to grow clinically.

The role offers hybrid/remote options, complimentary supervision, and professional growth in a respected nonprofit setting in NJ.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level licensed clinician credentials required.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience with children, adolescents & families preferred.
• Spanish language skills are a plus; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop client-centered treatment plans and progress updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the MyEvolv EHR system.
• Submit LOS and treatment summaries per program timelines.
• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with referring agencies and stakeholders.
• Participate in program meetings, clinical trainings, and team collaboration.

As part of our dynamic clinical team, you’ll provide high-quality, in-person or virtual client-centered therapy services and play a vital role in supporting positive behavioral health outcomes across our community. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure ethical, legal, and professional standards are met at all times
• Communicate effectively with referring agencies and stakeholders

• Uphold confidentiality and child welfare laws with the highest professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s-level Licensed Clinician (LSW/LCSW, LAC/LPC, AMFT/LMFT)
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems
• Highly organized with excellent time management and planning skills
• Some experience with evidence-based treatments preferred
• Spanish language skills are a plus!
