First Children Services is seeking a Clinical Part Time Service Worker (BT/RBT) in Medford, NJ to implement individualized support plans across multiple settings including schools, clinics, homes and community sites.

You will work under supervision of a BCBA or BSC, collect data, document sessions, and help clients improve communication and behavior; after training, placements may become permanent and you may work across regions as needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrate strong competence with ABA principles, concepts and interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Work 1:1 with client in independent and group settings within the designation region.
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner.
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills.
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks when billable hours are not available.
