Job summary

ABA SHINE is looking for passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join their Behavior Respite Program in Union City, CA. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA intervention for a 12-year-old boy, utilizing proactive behavioral strategies, and ensuring client safety. The position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $30–$35 per hour, and opportunities for mentorship and professional growth within the ABA field. Applicants must have a High School Diploma and ideally experience in behavior support.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention.
• Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely.
• Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision.
• Implement ABA principles and strategies to deescalate behaviors.
• Accurately document session notes and incident reports.

Skills
