Job summary

ABA SHINE is hiring a Strong Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct support for a young adult male with challenging behaviors. This part-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $30-$45 per hour depending on experience and requires flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates will have an RBT certification or considerable experience in behavioral support. Responsibilities include implementing strategies from a BCBA and ensuring client safety. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on high-need cases.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention.
• Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely.
• Must obtain Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies directed by a BCBA.
• Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive behavior.
• Accurately document session notes and incident reports.
• Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team.
