Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians. Roles involve direct ABA-based work with children with autism, supervised by a BCBA, with opportunities to advance to an RBT and access complimentary training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.

Education
