Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time positions in Von Ormy, Texas. Candidates will work directly with children with autism using ABA strategies while implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
