Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in San Antonio. These part-time positions are designed for those who want to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to assist clients, including lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans from BCBA.
• Collect and track client progress data.
