Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Tacoma, WA. These part-time roles offer flexible scheduling and the potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working directly with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. Candidates should have reliable transportation and the ability to engage clients actively.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Must possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel.
• Ability to engage clients, assistively lift 50lbs, and move from sitting to standing.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
