Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Olympia, Washington is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). These part-time roles have the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, with a preference for Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage children during sessions.
• Reliable transportation and local travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
