Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles in Issaquah, WA. These positions offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth into full-time roles.

Responsibilities include working directly with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and tracking progress. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and ideally experience in ABA therapy or related fields. Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and physically assist them.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
