Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Sumter, SC. The positions allow part-time flexibility with potential to transition to full-time based on expanded caseloads. Job responsibilities include working directly with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with families.

The ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and demonstrate engagement with clients. Comprehensive benefits are provided for those working 30+ hours weekly, including medical insurance and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in relevant field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to engage physically with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data with PBS tools.
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and training.

Skills
