Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Summerton, SC. This part-time role allows for a pathway to full-time as caseloads expand, prioritizing work-life balance and career advancement.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and collecting client data. The ideal candidates are expected to engage clients actively and fulfill local and state licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education background
