Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians roles in Spokane, WA. This position offers flexible scheduling with the chance to transition into full-time as caseloads expand, along with competitive pay and bonuses for long-term employees.

You will work directly with children with autism using ABA techniques, following tailored treatment plans developed by a BCBA. The role includes data tracking and communication with family and clinical teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and actively engage clients.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
