Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally are required.
• Must be able to engage clients actively and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and track client progress data using PBS tools.
