Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Seabrook, Texas. The positions are part-time with the opportunity for full-time as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working closely with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and data collection to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
